WELCOME TO ALLSTARS CALISTHENICS ACADEMY INC.

Allstars Calisthenics Academy is a non for profit sporting club based in Caloundra, Queensland.

Calisthenics is an artistic sport unique to Australia and combines aspects of dance, gymnastics, singing, apparatus manipulation and ballet. Calisthenics involves a team of participants learning routines to choreographed music and presenting these routines on stage at competitions and concerts. Calisthenics can be categorised as both a sport and an art. As a sport it encourages physical development, coordination, self-discipline and team spirit. As an art it develops an appreciation of music and rhythm, the beauty of correct technique and the excitement of performing.

We had the most amazing and successful year at Allstars in 2018. Thankyou to our entire Allstars Family who made this year so wonderful. We are beyond proud of you all. A special thankyou to our incredible Allstars coaching team who work so hard to make our superstars shine bright.
