Policies & Procedures

At Allstars Calisthenics Academy Inc, we’re committed to a safe, respectful and well-run club for every pupil, family, coach, volunteer and visitor.

Below are our current policies and procedures. These documents explain what we expect, and how we handle things like behaviour, communications, fees, and complaints.

Our Commitment to Child Safety

Allstars Calisthenics Academy is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where all children and young people feel valued, respected and protected.

The safety, wellbeing and empowerment of children is at the heart of everything we do. We have zero tolerance for child abuse, harm, neglect, grooming or any behaviour that places a child at risk.

We are committed to:

  • promoting the safety, participation and wellbeing of all children and young people

  • listening to children and taking their concerns seriously

  • creating a culture of respect, inclusion and fairness

  • supporting coaches, volunteers and committee members to understand and meet their child safety responsibilities

  • responding to concerns, complaints and allegations in a prompt, respectful and appropriate way

  • meeting our obligations under Queensland child safe legislation and Calisthenics Queensland requirements

Allstars values diversity and is committed to supporting the cultural safety of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, the safety of children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, children with disability, and children of all identities and family backgrounds.

We believe every child has the right to feel safe, be heard and enjoy calisthenics in a positive environment.
